1. Who you're contracting with
PurposePRISM (the "Service") is provided by Christa C Mariah ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Christa C Mariah.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
PurposePRISM is a gamified 12-step transformational journey with journaling, quests, community, and chronicles. Access to certain content requires a paid subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Send spam, malware, or infringe others' intellectual property.
- Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
6. Intellectual property
We (and our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, its content, software, and branding. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your active plan.
7. Payments, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record
Our order process and payment handling are conducted by Stripe. For eligible purchases Stripe acts as Merchant of Record and handles payments, billing, invoicing, tax calculation and remittance, refunds, chargebacks, and transaction-level payment support. Payment terms are shown at checkout, and your bank statement may show Stripe (or LINK.COM) alongside our name. Refunds are also governed by our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your account.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content within the Service is for personal growth and coaching purposes and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
